In our Mediterranean cuisine of Lebanese tradition, we mix vegetables and fresh fruits, representatives of Lebanon, with a base of cereals and legumes perfectly combined with baked or grilled meat and fish… Ouzi, Kebbe bel Labban, Sanke Harra, Boftek, Lahme, Zaatar, Arayes, Sojoh, Reyah, Othmaleya are part of the traditional dishes that you will find in our menu.
